We purposed as a team that we would finish the tile even though some said it couldn’t be done. We were up at 6:00 am to start and at 5:15 pm we were ready to lay the last tile. The Pastor of the church (George Samuel) laid the last tile. What an achievement – we were 1 day ahead of schedule even though we lost the first day because of not making our flights.
Painting is very close to being complete.
Concrete is 2/3 completed.
A local asked Pastor George how people from different parts of the USA could come and work alongside the locals and get so much dane and at the same time smile and laugh. The Pastor said we were working in God’s strength. The man then asked why we were so helpful and wanted to serve them – the answer God’s Love.
Bob Klemple Told Robert that he has had teams of 15 not accomplish near as much as this group of 6 men and 4 women
Aspen Park Team was 4 men and 2 women of that number. The team represented God and Aspen Park well.
